Slatt Capital Senior Vice President, Richard Davidson, along with CEO, Daniel Friedeberg, and analyst Jason Zhongshu Wang, closed a permanent loan secured by the recent $63.5 million acquisition of two industrial flex buildings in San Jose, California.
The non-recourse, 15-year fixed-rate loan was placed through Thrivent Financial, one of Slatt Capital’s exclusive insurance company correspondent lenders. Slatt Capital will be servicing this loan as part of its $4.6 billion servicing portfolio.
