Katee Folz

Katee joined Slatt Capital in October 2022 as a Servicing Associate. Mrs. Folz came to Slatt Capital with 20 years of experience in residential loan servicing. While working at Provident Funding Associates, Katee held various roles within the company including Servicing Released Specialist and Accounting Specialist, and was a single point of contact within the loss mitigation department.
