Rob Ronzone is a seasoned expert in real estate finance with a notable career spanning over two decades. Originally from Marin County in the Bay Area, Rob's professional journey has seen him excel in various capacities within the industry. His move to Slatt Capital in June of 2024 marked a significant transition after serving as Managing Director at First Republic for the previous 16 years.
During his tenure at First Republic Bank, Rob showcased his proficiency across diverse sectors of real estate finance, including residential, multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, construction, and special-use properties. His role involved managing a substantial portfolio of approximately 1,300 households in addition to closing north of $4B in loan volume with zero credit losses.
Beyond his professional achievements, Rob Ronzone is deeply rooted in his community and family life. He resides in San Rafael, CA, with his wife, Shirene, and their three children, Josephine, Ronan, and Laila. He enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, including softball, baseball, and soccer, as well as spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and skiing.
