Niko Tsiplakos joined the Slatt Capital Burlingame team in March of 2020 after serving as a business specialist with U.S. Bank for 2.5 years. At U.S. Bank he consulted small to mid-scale businesses in the San Francsico Bay Area with revenues up to $20MM, advising them on banking and lending products that fit their business needs. His understanding of business cycles and debt placement has now transitioned to supporting commercial real estate investors with securing financing options for their properties.
While at Slatt Capital, Niko focuses on securing debt and equity for commercial real estate investors within the California markets with a hyper focus on the Bay Area. He has funded over $150,000,000 in volume from loan sizes ranging as small as $300,000 to as large as $43,500,000. No matter the task, he will ensure his clients are provided with an excellent service through the whole lending process, regardless of if it is the first loan or the 20th loan a borrower has financed. Niko is actively part of real estate organizations and is constantly looking to expand his network of partners – he makes his phone number accessible to the public so they can call him with any type of finance scenarios.
In his spare time, you can find Niko exploring the rugged terrains of national forests with his fiancé Nicolette and their golden doodle Odin, working on his collection of classic cars, or developing his short game skills on the golf course.

Mr. Tsiplakos graduated from U.C. San Diego with a B.A. in Political Science while Double Minoring in Business and Accounting. He is also accredited with a Certificate of Finance from the UCSD Extension program.
