Matt Mueller

Matt Mueller has over 21 years’ experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, and development. Mr. Mueller has deep experience in structured finance placing both debt and equity throughout the Southern states.

Matt comes to Slatt Capital after spending the past four years spearheading the equity and structured finance team of a competing commercial mortgage banking firm. Assignments included middle market value add and development projects throughout the country. Throughout the Global Financial Crisis, Matt completed over $650M in CRE workout, rescue capital, and financing assignments. As a leading team member of a nationwide private equity firm, Matt held multiple responsibilities, including joint venture structuring, equity & debt placement, acquisitions, and third-party brokerage services. During this time, Matt focused on middle market value transactions and development, transacting over 1,400 acres.
