Kegan Sharp is a seasoned finance professional with 12 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in commercial real estate lending. He has underwritten billions of dollars in commercial loan requests across the country.
Mr. Sharp comes to Slatt Capital from HomeStreet Bank, where he spent the past four years as a Vice President specializing in commercial and multifamily finance. During this time, he successfully closed over $330 million in commercial real estate loans. Prior to HomeStreet, Mr. Sharp was a Vice President for Provident Bank where he was their top producing loan originator for five consecutive years.
Beyond his achievements in the financial world, Kegan is a devoted family man and active volunteer coach for Special Olympics. An avid Formula 1 fan, he brings passion and expertise to both his professional and personal pursuits.
Mr. Sharp obtained his Real Estate Broker license from the California Department of Real Estate in 2013.

Mr. Sharp received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University, where he also played Division-I baseball.
