Joseph is an Orange County native who joined Slatt Capital in April 2015. As an Analyst, Joseph helped underwrite, process, and close over $500M in commercial real estate debt across all asset types throughout the country. Since his promotion to Commercial Mortgage Banker, Joseph has specialized in Multi-Family transactions having closed $105M+ in agency debt, $95M+ in bridge debt, and $50M+ in equity. Prior to joining Slatt Capital, Joseph worked as an Analyst for Eagle Home Mortgage, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation.
In his spare time, Joseph likes to travel, go to comedy shows, and play beach volleyball or pick-up basketball.
Joseph Pellizzon graduated from Arizona State University in December 2011 with B.A. degree in Business Communications.
