BACKGROUND
John Richert joined Terrix Financial in 1988. Mr. Richert shares in the management of the office and originates commercial real estate debt. He focuses primarily on commercial debt placement for purchases and refinances on income producing real estate including but not limited to office, industrial, self storage, retail, and multi-family. Mr. Richert has arranged over 1 Billion in financing since joining Terrix.
Prior to joining Terrix Financial, John was involved in real estate finance for 8 years in Denver with a division of Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Richert graduated from Beloit College in 1972 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Arizona State University in 1977 with a Master’s Degree in Business.
