Dean Weinstock

Formerly a partner with Barry V. Weinstock & Company, a long-standing Southern California Mortgage Banking firm, Dean Weinstock joined Slatt Capital in January 2010 and has 25+ years of mortgage banking experience.

Dean has been involved in the placement of over $1.5 billion dollars in commercial real estate financing. Various debt structures have included permanent, construction and bridge financings for property owners of retail, industrial, office (general, medical, and creative office), mixed-use, multifamily, and special-purpose properties. Dean has worked with a full range of capital sources including Life Insurance Companies, Banks, Credit Unions, CMBS Lenders, and Debt Funds. Prior to entering the mortgage banking industry, Dean worked in both the real estate appraisal and industrial brokerage fields. Dean currently resides in Encino, California with his wife and two children.
