By leveraging his deep relationships with national, regional, and local funding sources including agency lenders (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, life insurance companies, CMBS, bridge, and JV equity relationships, Mr. Calderon takes a customized approach to maximize return on investment. In his previous roles, Mr. Calderon was a Senior Director with Continental Partners in West Hollywood and a producer with Marcus & Millichap Encino.
