With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Jason has a proven track record of innovative operations and leading cross-functional teams for CRE service operations. Jason joined Slatt Capital full-time in 2017 to manage servicing operations, lead its geographic expansion, and transform their technology. Before joining Slatt Capital full-time, Jason served as a strategic advisor to the firm, focusing on overall growth. Jason's background includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer for BT Commercial, where he was a key figure in the organization and launch of Cassidy Turley. Mr. Berry served as Executive Managing Director of Northern California for the newly formed Cassidy Turley before leaving the firm in 2015 with its sale to Cushman & Wakefield.
He currently serves on the Commercial Servicing Council for the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is an active member of The Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA), and the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA). He holds a broker's license under the California Department of Real Estate.
Jason graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
