Milena Rizer joined Slatt Capital as an intern in early 2023. After 5-months of working on packaging, marketing, co-underwriting commercial deals, and conducting market analysis, Milena was hired on full-time as an Associate in our Analyst department. Before joining the Slatt Capital team, Mrs. Rizer interned at City Wide Home Loans where she focused on customer due diligence, collecting closing documents, and handling client financial reports and income verification. In her free time, Milena likes to go on hikes, play tennis, and ski in the winter.
Mrs. Rizer graduated from the University of Southern California in the Spring of 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development and an emphasis in real estate finance from the School of Public Policy.
