Latest Tool – Investment Property Loan Calculator

At Slatt Capital, we’re always looking to find ways that technology can enrich the service we provide our clients and amplify the efficiency and communication of our originators and processing teams internally. To that end, we identified some use cases where it would be most convenient to have the ability to do basic investment calculations without having to pull up an Excel model or carry around the traditional HP 12C financial calculator into coffee meetings.

We are thrilled to introduce the first iteration of our Investment Property Loan Calculator, which we’ve been beta testing for the last several months with our origination team, and we’re happy to share with our clients, broker referral partners, and the industry at large.

The calculator has several features we think make its use particularly helpful:

It’s fast – multiple scenarios can be evaluated quickly, which is crucial when reviewing whether to dig in more seriously to a listing or to move on to the next.

It’s responsive – it is formatted to work well on any sized device, including desktop, tablet, and smart phone (excellent for taking into meetings and while fielding inbound calls)
