MBA Open Doors Foundation: The Spirit Award

Congratulations to Slatt Capital‘s very own Managing Director of Loan Servicing Elizabeth Burnett along with Marcy Thomas and Richard Pardoe on being gifted The Spirit Award by the MBA Opens Doors Foundation. Below is the official announcement from the foundation:

The Spirit Award recognizes a group of individuals, from one or more organizations, whose enthusiasm and support for Opens Doors brought new people and organizations to the Opens Doors roster of supporters, and efforts amplified the impact the Foundation has on vulnerable families in America.

As leaders in the commercial real estate industry, Marcy Thomas, Elizabeth Burnett, and Richard Pardoe created the MBA CCMS Philanthropic Committee in 2023, infusing the mission to give back to families and communities into the CCMS community.

A joint statement by the committee reads: “As leaders in our industry, the CCMS community has an obligation to give back to families in our communities. Utilizing the broad network of CCMS designees, and the impact the collective whole can make, the purpose of the philanthropic subcommittee is to promote philanthropic efforts by CCMS designees, with an emphasis on developing ways to contribute to the MBA Opens Doors Foundation.”
