Kevin Heisser Joins Barry Slatt

After more than tripling the size of our portfolio over the past several years, Slatt has recently furthered its rapid expansion with the addition of Kevin Heisser to our Los Angeles office. Kevin is a Southern California native with over 17 years of experience in real estate, having held positions as a CEO, President and CFO. Kevin also served as Vice President for two large domestic lending and banking institutions, where he managed a $10BN commercial construction portfolio, created loss reserve policies, and reported bank credit loss for two highly volatile portfolios.

As a commercial mortgage banker, Kevin has structured large credit facilities through bank syndication, agency debt and cross collateralization, A&D and construction debt. He has experience funding complex deals through bank syndication, conduit, agency debt, and life companies.
