Todd McKenna has over 25 years of experience in financial services. Previously he was a director of capital markets at Marcus Millichap Capital, where he focused on financing small balance ($1mm - $50mm) commercial real estate loans. Prior to MMCC Todd was an executive director in equity capital markets at Oppenheimer & Co., where he covered asset managers ranging from hedge funds and family offices to large mutual fund companies. Prior to Oppenheimer Todd was a director in equity capital markets at JMP Securities, where he focused on raising capital for NYSE and NASDAQ listed CMBS & RMBS mortgage REITS.
Todd is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Bay Area Mortgage Association.
Todd is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles, where he earned a B.A. in Applied Mathematics. He also holds an M.A. in Financial Economics from University of San Francisco.
