In 2004, I ventured into a part-time role as an assistant within the production team, supporting one of the top agents in the field. Having a background in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, I see beyond just numbers. I now have found a real sense of fulfillment being in Servicing Department, as it allows me to connect directly with clients, offering daily support and building lasting relationships. Ensuring clients have a dependable point of contact throughout the life of the loan is not just my responsibility; it's something I take great pride in.
