Andrew started as Loan Analyst in 2012, first supporting several Slatt producers across the Northern California Bay Area until becoming a Commercial Mortgage Banker and now Vice President in the Burlingame office. Andrew has secured over $1B in financing across Multi-Family, Retail, Industrial, Office and Specialty-Use commercial properties and is now teamed with CEO Dan Friedeberg and Vice President Sarah Bernhisel. He is heavily involved in the single-tenant NNN space and has helped numerous Brokers and Buyers successfully acquire and refinance commercial properties all across the country. Andrew’s expertise includes Property Underwriting & Valuation, CRE Asset Management, and Information Technologies.
Andrew is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California and a member of several real estate organizations including the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and an active member within the USC Marshall School of Business alumni community.
Andrew graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Advertising and Promotions. He has certificates in SAP Enterprise Resource Planning, Cyber Security and remains heavily involved in the management and implementation of Slatt Capital’s proprietary 1Point data management system and other various IT projects.
